The Hertfordshire Infrastructure & Development Board is a subsidiary group of the Hertfordshire Growth Board. Its key objectives are:
- Unlocking barriers to the delivery of high quality, new and sustainable development across the county.
- Working in partnership to deliver an economic recovery and resilience post-pandemic.
- Bringing together the Growth Board, Council Leaders and Chief Executives, Officers and the private sector to encourage regional growth and inward investment to Hertfordshire.

HIDB members convened at the historic Riding School in Hatfield House for our first meeting of 2025, which we are delighted to say, was also the Board’s best-attended members meeting to date, with more than 140 people from the public and private sector coming together once again to discuss the future of Hertfordshire.
