HIDB members were invited to a site visit in partnership with Croudace Homes, where we explored their Warwick Place development in Cheshunt.

This visit offered a valuable opportunity to see first hand how a live residential scheme is being delivered – from design and planning through to construction and placemaking. It was a chance to gain practical insight into the challenges and considerations involved in bringing forward high-quality housing.
